Shipping Policy

McShoppe ships direct thermal label products to customers in the United States.

Processing time:
Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days after payment is accepted.

Delivery time:
Estimated delivery is usually 2 to 7 business days after carrier pickup, depending on destination and carrier service. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates.

Tracking:
When tracking is available, the tracking number is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address accuracy:
Please review the shipping address before placing an order. Orders sent to an incorrect address may be delayed, returned, or unable to be recovered after carrier handoff.

Carrier delays:
Weather, carrier volume, service disruptions, and other events outside our control can affect delivery timing.
