Returns and Compatibility Policy

McShoppe accepts returns on eligible direct thermal label products within 30 days after delivery.

Return condition:
Returned label products must be unused, unopened or in original resalable packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return:
Email hello@mcshoppe.shop with the order number and reason for return. Return instructions and the return destination are provided after the request is reviewed. Items sent back without return authorization may not be accepted.

Compatibility:
Customers are responsible for confirming printer size, roll or fanfold format, core size, and direct thermal requirements before purchase. If the product page contains an error or the wrong item is received, contact us and we will help correct it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items:
Please inspect the order after delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so the issue can be resolved.

Refunds:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank and payment-provider posting times may vary.
